Pastor Eric Ah-Kuoi
A little about Eric
After accepting Christ as his Lord and Savior, Eric was baptized and joined the church membership in 2003.
In 2005 Eric and Kimberly were married and they have continued to serve and learn under the Pastoring of Pastor Ron Boresma (Kim's Dad).
Eric and Kim have five children.
Eric has served as a Deacon since 2013 and has headed the Youth Group and the Sunday School Ministries. In more recent times since Pastor Ron retired, Eric has shared the preaching roster and running of the church with the Deacons.
Eric is of Samoan descent, he is Christchurch born and raised, attending Linwood College and later on becoming a Qualified Carpenter. He was one of the people involved in rebuilding the church building that was destroyed in the 2011 earthquakes
He is a keen sportsman, even though he should give up, 😉 you might see him limping in on Sunday having had a run around on the field on Saturday. Eric has a real heart to serve people and care for them. We look forward to the future serving alongside him as we reach out to the local community and the people of Christchurch.
